Since its establishment in 2012, Nicshe Solutions has consulted and worked with organisations with turnovers between R3m and R150m. We assisted our clients with improving profitability and cash flow; conducted financial health checks; preparing management accounts, financial analyses and forecasting; improving clients B-BBEE ratings; audit preparations; co-ordinating the audits to completion and preparation of the Annual Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS. We believe that a key factor of our success is our commitment to train and mentor the clients finance staff so that a transfer of skills takes place. We see ourselves as the change agents to ensure that the client can retain certain operational functions in-house while we continue to support our clients in more strategic roles once the transfer of skills has taken place.
SHEREEN LA FLEUR
Shereen La Fleur is the founder of Nicshe Solution and is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in a Senior Financial Management role. Shereen’s experience spans across a number of different industries and she served as an executive director on the board of a number of companies including Boschendal and Principa. She currently continues to add value as a board member of Staffing Direct Training Academy, Buzzword Corporate Training and is the Managing Director of Nicshe Solutions.
During the course of her career she has also at various stages taken on the responsibilities for Human Resources, IT, Legal compliance and B-BBEE compliance. Her experience in a CFO roles, provides her with a wealth of knowledge and experience which she leverages to the advantage of her clients.
Shereen graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1991 and served her training contract with KPMG. She is registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accounts since 2003.
Shereen uses every opportunity to remain relevant and up to date on all aspects affecting her clients. In 2013 she completed the Duke CE Women in Leadership Programme and prior to that she had the privilege to be invited to attend the Senior Executive Development Program which was run by the Wits and Harvard Business schools sponsored by Government and USAID.
Shereen’s passion to support other business owners especially female entrepreneurs motivated her to join the BWA Cape Region where she has been a committee member since 2012.
